We had them with mimosas for our Easter meal and they got rave reviews! Fontina and Gouda were the cheeses of choice, but you could totally change that up however you want. We took a shortcut by using those pie crusts you find in the dairy section of your grocery, rolled them out and cut circles with a biscuit cutter. How easy is that?
