One of the brightest and happiest spots in the mar One of the brightest and happiest spots in the market at this time of year is the citrus fruit area. We love every single one of them, but are especially crazy about clementines. Naturally, they're easy to eat and full of good-for-you stuff just like they are. But we've taken it a step further and created a salad based on that fresh flavor. Pistachios, a cumin-laced dressing and a few fresh strawberries just make a party on a plate.
