Blackened Pork Chops

Simply prepared blackened pork chops are exploding with flavor.  They can be cooked on the grill or in the oven.


Pork chops Salt Paprika Onion powder Garlic powder Oregano Cayenne Black pepper Vegetable oil

Dissolve salt in salt to make a brine.  Submerge pork chops in brine 4-6 hours.

Pat pork chops dry before seasoning.  Brush with oil and season with blackening mixture.

Grill over medium high heat, turning once.  Go to the recipe for oven instructions!
