CAJUN STEAK BITES

Cajun steak bites are exploding with flavor, and are the perfect addition to your buffet or appetizer spread. 

A cast iron skillet or other heavy pan is recommended for cooking this beef-lovers appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

Steak Cajun Seasoning Thyme Smoked Paprika Cayenne (opt.) Canola Oil

Directions

1. Mix seasonings 2. Toss steak bites in seasoning 3. Heat oil in skillet 4. Add steak bites and cook 2-3 minutes.

Since they have no butter these steak bites can sit on a buffet beautifully.
