A half turkey breast (bone in)
Cajun Seasoning
A neutral, high smoke point oil like Oléico®

STEP 1
Wash and dry the turkey breast and season it all over.
Refrigerate uncovered for 12-24 hours.

STEP 2
Cook the turkey in Oléico Safflower Oil at 350 F° until the internal temperature of 150-155° is reached.

Carefully remove the turkey breast and drain on paper towels.
