Italian seasoning Creole seasoning smoked paprika Cayenne pepper Converted Rice Chicken Stock Parsley

Heat oil on stove top. Add chicken & sausage and cook until chicken is done. 

Step 1

Add onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic and cook about 8 minutes.

Step 2

Add rice, stock, tomatoes and seasoning.  Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Before serving remove bay leaves and garnish with parsley or green onions.
