STEP 1

Make your cornbread up to weeks in advance and freeze, or a few days and refrigerate.

STEP 2

You can chop your celery and onions a day ahead and store in plastic bags.

STEP 3

On Thanksgiving Day crumble the cornbread and cook the veggies in lots of butter!

STEP 4

Stir all of the ingredients together GENTLY! Overmixing will make your dressing dense and heavy.

STEP 5

Spread in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
