Boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a few perfect ingredients and then grilled or cooked in a skillet.  Low carb and low cal, they're great on salads, sandwiches or as an entree'.

Besides the chicken you'll need:  Soy Sauce Worcestershire Sauce Vegetable Oil Red Wine Vinegar Black Pepper Lemon Juice Garlic

STEP 1

Pound the chicken with a mallet until about 1/2 inch thick.

STEP 2

Mix all of the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken in a plastic bag.

STEP 3

Marinate for about 8 hours and then grill or cook in a skillet until done - just a few minutes per side.

The chicken can be sliced to go on salads or in tacos.
