Sugar
Water
Yeast
Olive Oil
Flour
Salt
Italian Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese

STEP 1
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add yeast and stir to dissolve.
Let sit 3-4 minutes.

STEP 2
Add flour, salt, oil, seasoning and some of the parmesan.
Mix by hand or with dough hook of stand mixer until blended.

STEP 3
Continue mixing with dough hook or knead by hand on a floured surface.

Pat dough into a cast iron skillet that has been coated with olive oil.

Heat oven to 175 degrees and then turn off.
Place skillet in oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and preheat to 400 degrees.
Brush with oil, make indentations with fingertips and sprinkle with parmesan and herbs.
