Making a picnic charcuterie board is easier than you think!
With just a little planning and the tips here you’ll have an outdoor board worthy of any type gathering.
MAKE A PLAN
Choose foods that will stand up to the heat.
Pre-sliced meats and cheese are easiest.
Use disposable bags and cups to transport. Choose a lightweight board or platter.
A cooler with a flat bottom works best and you can line the bottom with ice packs. Wash, cut up and slice everything before you pack.
Be sure to have santizer or wipes handy. Start your board with the largest items and work your way down to the smallest.
Individual items like berries are perfect to fill in empty spots on your charcuterie board.
