Marinated Mozzarella Pearls Recipe

Mozzarella pearls are marinated in an olive oil and herb mixture and then can be used in a variety of ways

- 8 ounces mozzarella pearls
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 Tablespoon if using fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes or to taste (optional)
- Any herbs that you like and have on hand can be used. Keep in mind that you will use about 3 times the amount of fresh as dried.
- The zest of abour ½ lemon is an excellent addition.
- Leave out of refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
- Red pepper flakes are optional and can be adjusted for your desired level of heat.
