Spiced Pear Bourbon Iced Tea
This fall cocktail made with spiced pear, bourbon, and aromatic chai tea is exactly what you need for any fall gathering. We like it over ice, but it would be great hot, too!
- 12 oz chai tea brewed
- 5 oz pear simple syrup
- 4 oz bourbon
Pear Simple Syrup
In a small pot, bring ½ cup of water, sliced pear and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and bring to room temperature.
Strain out fruit and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
