Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 14.5 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a pot or a slow cooker on medium high heat. Whisk until all chocolate has dissolved.
  • Let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep on low heat until ready to serve.
