These middle eastern wraps inspired by shawarma are light and full of unique flavors like cumin, smoked paprika, and cinnamon.

- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 lemons juiced
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 lb chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 naan
Toppings
- hummus
- tabbouleh salad
- baba ganoush
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
Combine spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. Marinate chicken 1-6 hours.
Layer onions on bottom of medium baking dish. Top with chicken breast and remaining marinade.
Bake 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
Slice chicken.
Assemble wraps by spreading with hummus and topping with chicken, onions, and other desired toppings.
