Ingredients

self rising corn meal mix

sugar

teaspoon
salt

medium onion
chopped
½
cup
grated cheese

oz.
can cream style corn
¼
cup
milk
¼
cup
vegetable oil

eggs
6-8
pickled jalapeno pepper slices
diced
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients.
Add milk, oil and eggs.
Blend in cheese, corn, onion and jalapenos.
Pour into greased iron skillet.
Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until brown.
