Ingredients

stick
unsalted butter
room temperature
1
teaspoon
Creole seasoning
like Tony Chacheres
¼
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
½
teaspoon
dried oregano
½
teaspoon
dried thyme
1
clove
garlic
minced
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
Chill until firm.
Form into scoops or log.
Place desired amount on hot steak soon after it's cooked to desired temperature.
