Steak Butter with Creole Seasoning and Herbs

An easy to make Steak Butter that will elevate the flavor of your steaks!

  • 1 stick unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning like Tony Chacheres
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  • Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Form into scoops or log.
  • Place desired amount on hot steak soon after it's cooked to desired temperature.
