INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE:  Butter Sugar Ripe bananas Eggs Flour Baking Sode + salt Vanilla

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BOURBON GLAZE:  Confectioners Sugar Bourbon Milk

STEP 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, mashed bananas and vanilla and blend until smooth.

STEP 2

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to banana mixture gradually.

STEP 3

Pour into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

STEP 4

Stir together milk, bourbon and sugar until smooth.

Pour glaze slowly over cooled cake.
