Besides the roast you will need:

Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Ketchup
Worcestershire Sauce
Sugar

STEP 1
Cook the garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
