GRILLED CHUCK ROAST

Not your Mama’s Pot Roast!  This Grilled Chuck Roast has a flavor-filled marinade and is then grilled to smoky perfection.

Besides the roast you will need: 

Garlic Olive Oil Red Wine Vinegar Ketchup Worcestershire Sauce Sugar Basil

STEP 1

Cook the garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.

STEP 2

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.

STEP 3

Slash fat edges of roast and pierce with a fork on both sides.

STEP 4

Place roast in plastic bag and pour marinade over.  Refrigerate for 10-24 hours.

STEP 5

Remove roast from bag.  Reserve marinade, dividing in half.

STEP 6

Grill over medium heat 40-50 minutes, turning halfway through.

STEP 7

Slice and serve with reserved marinade.

May also be served with chimichurri sauce.
