Smoked Fish Dip is easy to make and will bring back memories of your vacation on the coast.  All you need is a cold beer and a few crackers to go with this dip.

INGREDIENTS: Smoked Fish Cream Cheese Sour Cream Lemon Juice Old Bay Seasoning Dill Weed Hot Sauce

TYPES OF FISH YOU CAN USE:  Salmon Mackerel Trout Mullet Tuna Wahoo

STEP 1

Blend all ingredients except the fish.  Reserve half the dill for garnish.

STEP 2

Flake the smoked fish with a fork and then stir it into the remaining ingredients.

STEP 3

Garnish with the remaining dill weed.  It's best to refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
