This Greek Flatbread Pizza with shrimp incorporates all those Greek flavors that you love in one easy to make recipe.


Flatbreads Tomatoes Olive oil Pesto Mozzarella Feta Shrimp Kalamata olives Prosciutto Cucumber Basil

Brush flatbreads with olive oil and bake 2-3 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and brush with pesto.

Top flatbreads with tomatoes, mozzarella, feta, shrimp, kalamatas and prosciutto. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Top with fresh basil, diced cucumbers and drizzle with cucumber ranch dressing, if desired.
