Butter
Eggs
Ripe Bananas
Sugar
Brown Sugar
Self-rising flour
Coconut
Crushed Pineapple
Pecans
Vanilla

STEP 1
Cream the butter. Add the sugars and cream for 1 minute.

Add banana, eggs, vanilla and mix for 1 minute.

Stir in flour, coconut and pineapple until well blended.
Fold in pecans.
