INGREDIENTS: Chicken Cutlets Parmesan Cheese Almond Flour Egg Olive Oil Salt & Pepper Garlic Italian Seasoning

STEP 1

Mix the seasonings, almond flour and parmesan together in a small bowl.

STEP 2

Beat the egg slightly with a whisk in a shallow bowl.

STEP 3

Dredge the chicken in the egg and let the excess drip back into the bowl.

STEP 4

Dip chicken in the parmesan mixture, pressing to make sure it sticks.  Then cook in hot oil 2-3 minutes per side.
