STEP 1
Grate the squash, toss it with salt.
Then place in a colander in your sink for about 30 minutes.

Press the squash to get out the liquid.
Then put on paper towels, top with more paper towels and press again.

Now combine the squash with the remaining ingredients.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil spray.
