Julia Child Inspired Cheese Tartlets

Cheese Tartlets are French inspired and American easy.  These baked appetizers are rustic and simple while still being elegant enough for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS Ready made pie      crust dough Eggs Plain Greek Yogurt Salt Worcestershire sauce Cayenne (opt) Thyme Gouda Cheese Fontina Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Roll the dough on  a floured surface. 2. Cut circles with 3" biscuit cutter. 3. Press circles into mini muffin tin. 4. Toss cheeses together to mix.

INSTRUCTIONS: 5. Add cheese to each crust, reserving a little. 6. Mix remaining ingredients and add to crusts. 7. Top with reserved cheese. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Make your cheese tartlets look extra fancy by garnishing with a sprig of fresh thyme.

You can substitute any type of cheese you like, as long as it melts well.
