A 4-6 pound corned beef roast
Killian's beer
Bay leaves
Cinnamon sticks
Peppercorns
Garlic

For the Glaze you'll need:
Brown sugar
Ground cloves
Celery salt
Dry mustard
Caraway Seeds

STEP 1
Put the corned beef in a dutch oven. Add all ingredients through the onion and enough water to cover the roast.

STEP 2
Cook for 4-5 hours, covered or until corned beef is tender.

STEP 3
Mix remaining ingredients and pat onto the warm corned beef. Cook on grill or under broiler until coating is crunchy!
