watermelon
cut into 1-inch cubes

fresh blueberries

cucumbers
peeled, halved lengthwise, then cut into ½ inch pieces

ounces
feta cheese
crumbled

limes
zested and juiced

olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine lime juice, half the lime zest, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Toss watermelon, blueberries, and cucumber together in a large bowl.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over fruit.
Drizzle with dressing and top with remaining lime zest.
Notes
If you like to add a bit of spice to your watermelon (I do!), try sprinkling a bit of Tajin on the finished salad!
