Grilled Blackened Chicken

In just minutes you’ll have amazing blackened chicken.  It can be a main dish or for  tacos, nachos, sandwiches or as a salad topping.

Oil Salt & Pepper Smoked Paprika Onion Powder Garlic Powder Oregano Cayenne Pepper

STEP 1

Blend all of the spices together in a small bowl or jar. 

STEP 2

Pound the chicken with a mallet until about even thickness - about 1/2 inch. 

STEP 3

Brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Pat with fingers to help the seasoning stick to the chicken.

Cook on preheated grill about 4 minutes per side or until done.
