TO MAKE IT YOU'LL NEED: 

~Peaches ~Cucumbers ~Salt ~White balsamic   vinegar ~Fresh mint ~Honey ~Plain Greek yogurt

STEP 1

Peel the peaches and cut into bite sized pieces.

STEP 2

Peel and seed the cucumbers and cut into small pieces.

STEP 3

Lightly crush the mint leaves. This releases the flavor.

STEP 4

Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Chill thoroughly before serving.  Garnish with cucumber curls, mint leaves or yogurt dollops if desired.
