Collard Green Dip

This cheesy Southern twist on classic spinach dip is perfect for your next gathering. 


-Collard greens -Olive oil -Shallot -Garlic -Sour cream -Mayo -Monterey Jack -Flour -Rotel -Salt & pepper

Cook collard greens in salted water.  Drain well and remove stems.

Sautee shallots and garlic in olive oil.  Add remaining ingredients, reserving half of the cheese.

Pour in a cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheese.  Bake until bubbly and starting to brown.
