Crispy Top Coconut Pie

A coconut pie recipe unlike any you've had before.  The filling is sweet and delicious, made with just a few simple ingredients and is topped with crispy coconut.

It's like pecan pie, but with coconut instead of the nuts.  You can have it ready to go in the oven in 5-10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS: Eggs Coconut Butter Sugar Light Corn Syrup Vanilla Salt Pie Crust


Melt the butter and then stir all ingredients together and pour into a prepared pie crust.


Bake at 350 degrees for 50- 60 minutes, or until center is set.  That's it y'all!

Serve with whipped cream or without. It's amazing either way!
