GRAPEFRUIT SALAD with Champagne Vinaigrette

Including citrus fruit in your diet is a great way to boost the health benefits of your meals.  Salad with Grapefruit can be a deliciously nutritious side or main dish when protein is added.

For the salad you just need:  Lettuce Grapefruit Coconut Flakes Sunflower seeds

For the dressing you'll  need:  Champagne Vinegar Olive Oil Dijon Mustard Honey Salt & Pepper

If you have time let the dressing sit for 1-2 hours before serving.  It gives the flavors time to blend.
