How to Make Gravy from Scratch

Never make gravy from a packet again-  You'll be surprised how easy the real stuff is, made from scratch!


-Pan drippings (from cooking any meat) -Water, stock, or milk -Flour -Salt & pepper

Let the pan with drippings cool.  In a separate container, mix flour and liquid together until smooth.

Add flour mixture to the pan and turn the heat up to medium.

Stir constantly, scraping the pan well- That's where the flavor comes from!

When thickened, lower heat to keep warm until you're ready to serve!
