How to make Sausage Gravy

This is old fashioned southern style sausage gravy at its best.  Just a few minutes and a few ingredients are needed to have the perfect topping for your biscuits.


-Ground pork sausage -All purpose flour -Whole milk -Salt & pepper

Brown the sausage in a skillet. Remove and let drain on a paper-towel lined plate.  Let skillet cool a bit.

Stir flour into milk and whisk until smooth.  Add to skillet and return heat to MH.

Scrape skillet to get cooked bits loose.  Continue stirring until thickened.

Add sausage back to skillet and season to taste.  Serve hot over biscuits!
