Smoked Vegetables

Smoked Vegetables are a super versatile side dish.  You can easily make them with any number of vegetables, at low or higher heat, and in a smoker or on a grill.

You can smoke any vegetables that you like. Good choices:  Carrots Broccoli Zucchini Yellow Squash Onions Green Beans Asparagus Bell Pepper

Cut up the vegetables and season simply with olive oil, salt & pepper. 

Cook's Tip!

Cut vegetables that cook more slowly (like carrots) into small pieces.

Put vegetables in a grill basket or cast iron skillet and smoke until done. 

Cook's Tip #2!

Smoke vegetables low and slow or hot and fast while your meat cooks. 


Use a smoker box with wood chips on any type grill.
