Peach Bread

This quick and easy peach bread recipe is a delicious way to make the most of summer’s favorite fruit.  Optional pecans and glaze make it versatile as a snack, dessert or breakfast bread

Ingredients

Butter Sugar Eggs Vanilla Buttermilk Peaches

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla.

Add flour and blend well.  Blend in buttermilk and pureed peaches.

Fold in diced peaches and optional pecans. Bake 45-55 minutes.

Want to glaze your peach bread?

Whisk together confectioners sugar, vanilla and milk.  Spoon over cooled peach bread.
