Green Beans
Water
Salt (uniodized)
White Vinegar
Garlic
Dill (optional)
Bay Leaves

Step
Boil water, vinegar and salt until salt dissolves.
Set aside to cool while preparing beans.

Wash and trim green beans.
Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Drain and plunge into ice water.

Place garlic and dill in jars. Then fill with green beans.
Add peppercorns, bay leaves and pepper flakes.
