STEP 1
Season the shrimp with about 1/2 of your seasoning of choice.
It could be just salt and pepper, Cajun or Old Bay.

Combine remaining seasoning and cornmeal.
Combine egg and milk.

Dip each shrimp in egg mixture and let drain a few seconds. Then coat with cornmeal.
