Use whatever vegetables you have on hand for this easy, healthy side dish!

All you need is...

5-6 cups vegetables Olive oil Salt & Pepper

Toss vegetables in a bowl with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.


Put vegetables in a grill basket or cast iron skillet and place on 225°-250° smoker or grill.


Cook for 45 - 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
