Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 T pickle juice
  • 2 T dill pickles chopped, or dill pickle relish
  • 1 T olive oil
  • ¾ t garlic powder
  • ½ t dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, pickle juice, chopped pickles (or relish), and olive oil until fully blended.
  • Next add garlic powder, dried dill, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until combined.
  • Refrigerate: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy!

Notes

    • You can use ranch dressing seasoning in place of the garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper if you prefer. This recipe will take about 2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning mix.
    • Letting the dressing chill for at least 30 minutes allows all the flavors to develop and blend together nicely.
    • The crispiest dill pickles are the ones found refrigerated at your store, not on the canned goods aisles.
