In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, pickle juice, chopped pickles (or relish), and olive oil until fully blended.
Next add garlic powder, dried dill, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until combined.
Refrigerate: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy!
Notes
You can use ranch dressing seasoning in place of the garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper if you prefer. This recipe will take about 2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning mix.
Letting the dressing chill for at least 30 minutes allows all the flavors to develop and blend together nicely.
The crispiest dill pickles are the ones found refrigerated at your store, not on the canned goods aisles.
