  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano chopped
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepperoncini peppers finely diced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve with pita chips, pita bread, or fresh veggies.
