Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 5 Tablespoons salted butter melted
  • cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup pecan pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a large bowl. Add peaches and gently toss to combine. Transfer to cast iron skillet.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, and pecans in a small bowl. Spoon on top of peach mixture. 
  • Bake 25-35 minutes, or until topping is crunchy and golden brown. 

Notes

For an extra special treat, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of fresh whipped cream!
