If you like pimento cheese with a bit of a kick this is the recipe for you! A blend of cheddar and pepper jack cheeses are mixed with jalapenos and just a few more ingredients for perfect southern style pimento cheese.

4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded 4 ounces Pepper Jack cheese shredded ⅓ cup mayonnaise ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons pickled jalapeno peppers finely diced ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional 2 ounces diced pimento peppers (in jar)
Freshly grated cheeses are highly recommended
Amount of jalapeno peppers may be adjusted according to desired level of heat.
Allowing 2-3 hours in refrigerator before serving enhances flavors.
An additional 1-2 ounces of pimentos may be added if desired.
