A classic Mexican beverage, Pineapple Agua Fresca is so easy to make at home! It is sweet, refreshing, and all you need is fresh pineapple, lime juice, and honey.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour through a strainer to remove the solids.
Serve over ice or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
This recipe will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Trade out the pineapple for watermelon, cantaloupe, or cucumber for a delicious twist. Trade the honey for 3 tablespoon of granulated sugar or agave nectar. When using Stevia or other artificial sweeteners, be sure to check the manufacturer's instructions for conversions. Rub the rim of the glass with lime juice and then dip in Tajin seasoning for a fun twist on the flavor.
