Goat Cheese with Honey & Black Pepper
Goat cheese with honey, black pepper, and lemon is a creamy, flavorful dip for veggies or fruit slices and a perfect spread for crackers or crostini!
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to let flavors meld.
Serve with crackers, fresh veggies, and apple or pear slices.
If desired, garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of honey.
