METHOD 1

Dice them up, cutting away the ribs and seeds.  They can all go in one bag together in the freezer.

Anytime you need some for a recipe just break off a chunk and add to your dish.

METHOD 2

Freeze slices.  You'll need to lay them out on a sheet to freeze so they don't stick together.

Use this method when you want slices in your recipe.  NOTE: They will have a softer texture when they thaw.

METHOD 3

Freeze whole peppers.  Use this method if you're short on time, but just can't bear the thought of wasting the peppers.

Again, the texture will be soft. But, your jalapeno peppers will add a great flavor to soups, stews and sauces.
