Whether you enjoy them with breakfast, lunch, or dinner, air fryer home fries are a delicious, crispy side dish you can throw together in just minutes!
1-2teaspoonsalt*plus 1 tablespoon for soaking potatoes
1teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Put cubed potatoes in a small bowl and add enough cold water to cover them. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and let soak 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Transfer potatoes to a plate and spray all over with cooking spray**. Season with remaining ingredients (or check out other suggestions below!).
Move potatoes to air fryer and set it to 400. Cook for 5 minutes and then toss. Repeat every 5 minutes until potatoes are cooked and crispy (15-30 minutes).

For a different twist, try these seasoning options instead of the ones above:
