Cool, crisp, and easy, Cream Cheese Cucumber Bites are the perfect 3-ingredient appetizer. Made with fresh cucumbers, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning, they’re ready in minutes and full of flavor!

8 ounces cream cheese room temperature 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning plus more for sprinkling 2 cucumbers large (enough for 36 slices)
Bring cream cheese to room temperature and then stir in 2 teaspoons seasoning.
Slice cucumbers into ¼ inch thick slices. Let sit at room temperature 10-15 minutes and then pat dry with paper towels.
Pipe small amount of cream cheese mixture onto top of each cucumber slice.
Sprinkle top with more seasoning and garnish if desired.
Cucumbers may be partially peeled if desired.
Patting with paper towels ensures that slices are dry and cream cheese mixture will adhere.
If seeds are present cucumber slices may be scooped slightly with a small spoon or melon baller.
Garnish can be fresh herbs, small tomato halves or olive haves.
