You just need: 

Sliced Squash Cornmeal Salt Vegetable Oil

STEP 1

Mix the cornmeal and salt and then dredge each squash slice. Be sure to coat both sides.

STEP 2

Heat oil in a skillet. Add squash, being careful not to overcrowd.

STEP 3

Cook 1.5 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels before serving.
