This cucumber jalapeno margarita is so refreshing and unique! The heat is surprisingly mild with the addition of the cucumber, as you get more of the flavor of the jalapeno than the spice.

Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita

I don't know about y'all, but in Georgia we're seeing our first warm sunshine in months. That makes me immediately want to get out on a patio with a refreshing drink in my hand and soak up some Vitamin D! Our Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita was just made for exactly that.

Infused Tequila

The only part of this recipe that isn't ideal is waiting for the tequila to infuse, but honestly silver tequila in a glass jar with cucumber and jalapeno slices soaking in it was so pretty that I didn't even mind waiting around until those flavors infused!

Just a couple hours and you're ready to make these refreshing cucumber jalapeno margaritas. Keep in mind, though, the longer it sits, the more flavor (and heat!) it'll get, so adjust according to your own taste.

How to make Cucumber Jalapeno Margaritas

After the tequila is infused, you're ready to mix it all together! Top off the tequila with triple sec, simple syrup, and fresh squeezed lime juice in a shaker with ice. Give it a little shake and strain your cucumber jalapeno margarita over ice into the prettiest margarita glass you can find. Done!

For a total change of pace, but still a refreshing summer cocktail you'll be wanting to make Watermelon Mojitos. You could make a batch of both and have a party! Or if you're looking for something fun to drink without the booze, you could try a pineapple agua fresca. It's so sweet and refreshing!
