Spiced Pear Bourbon Iced Tea
Ingredients
Pear Simple Syrup
- 1 pear sliced
- ½ cup sugar
Fall Cocktail
- 12 oz chai tea brewed
- 5 oz pear simple syrup
- 4 oz bourbon
Instructions
Pear Simple Syrup
- In a small pot, bring ½ cup of water, sliced pear and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and bring to room temperature.
- Strain out fruit and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
Fall Cocktail
- Combine chai tea, 5 oz simple syrup, and bourbon in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour over ice split between 2 glasses.
